Meet Our Management Team
“Kevin graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. While attending college, he worked for a general contractor based in Cincinnati for eight years prior to relocating to Arizona in 2012. After moving to Arizona, he worked in public accounting for a CPA firm gaining valuable knowledge and experience with personal and corporate taxes. Prior to joining the Platinum Companies team, he worked as a Controller for a subcontractor in the residential housing industry.
Kevin strengthens the Platinum team with his devoted work ethic, attention to detail, organizational skills, and wide range of accounting experience.”
Sue Pille
Director of Operations
Sue began working in the construction industry in 1980 after relocating from Iowa. Sue brings to Platinum Companies a solid mid-western work ethic, paired with experience working with custom and non-custom residential homes, commercial builds, and tenant improvements.
Sue excels as a liaison between clients and the Property Maintenance team. Sue is dedicated to Customer Service and Communication between homeowners and service personnel. She takes a personal interest and pride in the positive results when caring for our client’s homes. Sue’s dedication and determination, and her understanding of each client’s needs makes her an invaluable asset to Platinum Companies.
Stephanie Fox
President
Stephanie has worked in the residential construction industry since 2005. She is highly motivated, has strong customer service skills, and an upbeat and fun personality.
With a background in accounting, focus on building within a customer’s budget is her highest priority. Stephanie brings excellent communication, follow-up, and organizational skills to the projects she works on. Her caring attitude makes it easy for her to genuinely enjoy seeing a customer’s dream come to fruition.

A Civil Engineer from Penn State University, Dave has worked in the construction industry since 1980. Dave is founder of Reese Custom Residences and Reese Classic Homes in the Chicago area custom and luxury home markets. Reese Classic Homes of Scottsdale has been operating in Arizona since 1990, and in 1999 it became Platinum Homes, Inc.
In 2013, Dave began research in the commercial market in which Platinum Commercial was developed. Over the course of three years, Platinum Homes, Platinum Commercial, and Platinum Property Services combined as Platinum Companies creating an impressive and dynamic team and company. Dave has superior design/build skills to assess the needs of the customer and the project, making all factors work for Platinum’s clients. Dave also works with investors for speculative projects.
